SYSTEMS:
Projects include: Plug Flow Reactors, Variable Residence Time PFRs, Tubular Baffle Reactors, Oscillatory Baffle Reactors, Liquid-Lquid Separators, Solid-Liquid Separators and Crystallisers. Systems typically utilise technologies such as: plug flow, tubular baffles, static mixing or oscillatory baffle. Materials of construction include 316 stainless steel, Hastelloy C22 and C276, PTFE, PVDF, PFA and glass. All plant is fully regulatory compliant.
SERVICES
Each modular step is available as a service: project management, initial concept designs, detailed design, procurement, manufacture, test, installation and commission. Design and build services include mechanical, electrical and control systems.
